Baby knitting romper with hood and raglan sleeves
Hello friends,
I invite you to join me in knitting a baby romper with a hood. This romper is worked using the brioche technique, also known as two-color English ribbing.
The size is 80-86 cm, suitable for babies aged 9 to 18 months.
We'll knit the romper from top down with minimal seams. The sleeves will be raglan style. First, we'll knit the body from the neckline down, then we'll knit the hood from the neckline upwards.
Gauge: 1.14 stitches per cm (width), 2.82 rows per cm (height)
Yarn: 115 meters per 100 grams, in white and light blue colors
Needles: 6 mm, cubic shape
Yarn usage for the romper: 550 grams or 633 meters
The main color will be white, the background color light blue. Yarn usage for each color is equal — 275 grams or 316 meters.
